Project Overview

The traditional advertising industry is facing rising challenges —more ROI driven clients, more government regulations, and higher expectation of customer experience. A leading advertising agency wanted to partner with Salesforce, to create a set of AI powered digital tools for the marketing executive, to make better data driven decisions.

Our approach

  3. Concept brainstorming session with the key stakeholders

  4. Crafted stories with solution engineer

  5. Design screens

My role

Created design project plan, sketch ideas, facilitated concept brainstorming activities, craft stories with solution engineers, design screens.

The team thought bold on how AI will shape the future of the advertising industry. I helped sketched them out and brought them in front of the research participants.

Collaborated with our core team as well as the solution engineer to tell a cohesive story about the future user experience.
